Plantri
Terms of Service
Effective: July 6, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Bemony (the “Company”) and users in connection with the Plantri schedule-management application and all related services (the “Service”).
Article 2 (Definitions)
- “Service” means the Plantri mobile App, web App, and all related features.
- “User” means a person who uses the Service under these Terms.
- “Account” means the user identity created through Google or Apple sign-in.
- “Paid Service (Pro)” means subscription-based additional features provided for a fee.
- “Gems” are points earned through activities in the Service and used to obtain decorative items. Gems have no cash value and are non-refundable.
Article 3 (Publication and amendment)
- The Company publishes these Terms in the Service or on a linked screen.
- The service agreement is formed when a user confirms that they are at least 14 and separately accepts the required Terms and Privacy Policy items on the start screen.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. The effective date and reason will be announced at least seven days in advance, or 30 days in advance for a change unfavorable to users.
- When an amendment materially affects user rights or obligations, the App will request renewed express consent where required. For other amendments, continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Article 4 (Accounts and eligibility)
- Some features, including cloud sync, AI features, and paid services, require an account.
- Children under 14 may not create an account.
- An account may be used only by its owner. Users are responsible for losses caused by failure to secure their account.
Article 5 (Service and changes)
- The Company provides schedule, goal, journal, memo, statistics, AI-comment, and related features.
- Some features, including the web version, may be labeled “beta” and may change or end without advance notice.
- The Company may change Service content or free-plan limits for operational or technical reasons. Data already created by users will not be retroactively deleted or made inaccessible solely because free-plan limits change.
Article 6 (Paid Service and subscriptions)
- The Company may offer Plantri Pro in addition to free features. Benefits, price, and term are shown on the purchase screen.
- Payments are processed only through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase systems. The Company does not directly collect payment-card information.
- Automatic renewal: unless canceled, a subscription renews at the end of each subscription period and the price shown on the purchase screen is charged to the store account.
- Cancellation: users may turn off renewal at any time in their device’s store subscription settings. Pro benefits remain available until the end of the paid period.
- Promotional pricing: launch or early-bird pricing applies only for the stated period or quantity. The regular price shown on the purchase screen applies when the promotion ends.
- Benefits that have not launched when a subscription begins are marked “coming soon” on the purchase screen, and their release timing may change.
Article 7 (Withdrawal and refunds)
- Withdrawal from and refunds for in-app purchases follow the policies and procedures of the store where the payment was made.
- User rights under applicable law, including Korea’s Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, take precedence over these Terms.
- For assistance with a refund process, contact the Company using Article 13.
Article 8 (User data and rights)
- Users retain rights in schedules, journals, memos, goals, and other content they enter.
- The Company processes user content only as needed to provide the Service, including storage, synchronization, and AI processing, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Users may delete their account and data at any time using the in-App account-deletion feature.
Article 9 (AI features)
- AI features, including assistant comments, insights, and goal suggestions, are generated automatically and may not be accurate or complete.
- AI-generated content is for reference only and is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
- The Company may impose reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse.
Article 10 (Prohibited conduct)
Users must not:
- analyze, bypass, or manipulate Service source code, APIs, or security controls without authorization;
- use automation to place abnormal load on the Service;
- misuse another person’s account or infringe privacy rights; or
- violate law or public order and morals.
Article 11 (Interruptions and limitation of liability)
- The Company may temporarily interrupt the Service for unavoidable reasons such as maintenance, natural disasters, or communication failures.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for failures or data loss in free services unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Users should sign in and use cloud synchronization for important data.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount the user actually paid to the Company during the preceding 12 months.
Article 12 (Termination)
Users may terminate their agreement at any time by deleting their account in the App. Data processing follows the Privacy Policy, and refunds for an active subscription follow Article 7.
Article 13 (Company and contact)
Article 14 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute relating to the Service will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction under Korea’s Civil Procedure Act.
Addendum
These Terms take effect on July 6, 2026. Articles 6 and 7 concerning paid services take effect when the paid service launches.
